Diversity Discrimination Equality on the Job and in the Classroom

Diversity training is offered to students and all university staff.  In this training you will learn what your legal rights and responsibilities are as a student, employee, and supervisor.  You will walk away with an understanding of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act well as knowing who are and who are not members of a “protected class."  Additionally you will:

  • Distinguish rude conduct from discriminatory behavior.
  • Understand how to create an environment free of discriminatory influence.
  • Learn how to file and defend yourself from a discrimination complaint.

Please call (309) 438-3383 to arrange a training date convenient for you and your students and/or staff.
